PARKING
There is one dedicated parking space for the tenant to use. Please only park in the assigned space which is marked as Flat 13.
In August 2022 an electric gate was fitted at the entrance of the car park, to prevent unauthorised parking. The managing agent will provide the 5 digit PIN for that gate just before your booking starts.
Please be considerate of the other tenants when parking your car, ensuring your car is within the marked white lines

If you require additional parking, there is some on-street parking available on Norwich Avenue West, alternatively Queens Road Car Park (pay and display) is just across the road.
