Respect Neighbours Please respect our neighbours when outside & indoors. Everyone must keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 10.30pm, please keep the external doors closed.
Smoking This is a no smoking property. All guests must smoke outside away from the building.
Security / Insurance Management will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings or injury. If you notice that you have left something behind after checkout, please contact us via your booking portal.
Maintenance For any maintenance issues, please message us via your booking portal or call the office number above and leave a message regarding the issue. We aim to repair nonurgent issues within 2 days. Loss of heating or water, please let us know straight away and we will treat it as a matter of urgency.
Check Out We request that all guests check out by 10.00am. Should you wish a later check out, please message us at least 24 hours before the checkout day. Late check out is not always possible as we must clean the property before the next guests arrive. When you check out, please ensure all doors and windows are closed. return all keys back to the lock box, mix the numbers & check that it is locked.
Rubbish Bins – Recycling of Rubbish The rubbish disposal services are very strict in this area. Please use the bins provided. Please use the correct bins: Recycling Bins – Please do not put plastic bags or black bin bags in the recycling bins outside as they are not recyclable and will not be collected.
Public areas Please do not leave rubbish, or any personal belongings in public areas of the block.
Keys If the keys are lost, there will be a £10 charge for a replacement (per key).
Front Doors When leaving the property, please ensure the front door to the flat is locked.
Please ensure the door to the communal entrance is always kept closed for the security of the other tenants.
