GETTING INTO THE FLAT

In August 2022 an electric gate was fitted at the entrance of the car park, to prevent unauthorised parking. The managing agent will provide the 5 digit PIN for that gate just before your booking starts.

Once you reach the main entrance, use the video door entry system (shown in photo 1) to open the communal door on the ground floor, this also uses a 5 digit PIN code.

Once you have entered the block, you can take the stairs or the lift to get to the 2nd floor. From the lift turn right and look for the door marked “13”. To the left-side of the door you will see a key safe (photo 2, 3). Enter the code provided by the managing agents to retrieve the keys for the flat.

The key for the flat has a Orange fob. The other key is for the ground floor communal entrance and can be used in case the the electronic entry system isn’t working properly.

The door to the flat does not lock when you close it. Make sure when leaving the flat that you use the key to lock the front door.

Please ensure you leave the keys in the key safe when you check out from the flat.
